Tim Pittaway

Tim Pittaway has a Masters Degree in Agricultural Management and has majored in the functions of leather and other agriculture perishables exports. Main areas of interest are sustainable agriculture, export logistics and international communications. 

He has been involved with the leather export industry since 1996 and has been instrumental in tanning, procurement and product development of crocodile and ostrich leather.

He is now completing his D-Tech in Agriculture at the Nelson Mandela Metro University, main area of research is developing a supply chain agility model for the South African exotic and game leather industry.
